    The Crew says I am in the trial version, but I'm not?

    Hi,

    I have played the Trial version of The Crew about 2-4 weeks ago, and have thought about buying it for my PC. Luckily, I've been able to get hands onto a hard copy and have fully installed it. So, when I boot it up, there's a thing saying, 'Buy Full Version Now' in the main menu. I look down to the bottom left and it says that I own the Trial version. I can't even play the game now. All it comes up with is, "Your Trial has Expired." Help, please.

    Heyas BurnninRubber001! Welcome to the forums!

    Try entering the serial key via "activate product" to see if the tile appears without the Trial info. Also, try accessing the game to see if allows you to play any further.

    Entering the Serial Key

    I don't think I got a serial key. If I do though, how would I find it? As mentioned, I did not buy it on Steam or UPlay, I bought a hard copy of the Limited Edition.

    Really, I need to get back on this game.

    I swear to God, if I don't get any support this game'll definitely get a 1/10, since I literally cannot play the game. At least try to take away the Trial patch from my game.

    If you bought a hard copy there should be a leaflet in the box with the key.

    Leaflet

    I got sent 2 leaflets. I'm not sure weather this is a mistake that I got sent 2 but I have redeemed one of the codes. Still, I am in the trial version.

    Why does my game still think I'm in trial mode though? And why do I have 2 codes? 2 separate parts to unlock the full game?

    Have you tried entering the other code? It's possible you've tried redeeming the pre-order unlocks or something like that still.
    But yes, please do contact our support team about this.

    Nope, i've redeemed the other code and it's still in trial version
