The game saves logs to this directory -

    ...\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Might & Magic Heroes VII - Beta 2\MMH7Game\Logs

Can you check the launch.log (I think it's called), there should be some more information there as to what's causing the crash, which will be useful for Ubi to help troubleshoot your problem.

Depends on whether or not it's something you can fix locally - like trying to run it in compatibility mode for Windows 8 - or something the devs need to fix. Game communities are pretty good about figuring out the first part pretty quickly. I've participated in discussions like that a lot. If your problem turns out to be common, we'll see a lot of reports about it and will be able to isolate the cause. It might be a compatibility setting, a driver, a certain GPU combination, a small tweak to a setting, or so on and so forth.

If it's something the devs need to fix, it could be in a quick hotfix-patch in a day or two, or it could be weeks or months.

Keep in mind Windows 10 isn't officially supported at release and it's just 2 months old. There's a lot of stuff still being worked out there, it's part of the price we pay for being early adopters. (I'm running Win10 myself and am anxious to see if the game works when it activates for me.)

The key thing is information. The more the community and the devs have access to, the easier and quicker it'll be to fix. Run through the section in the Tech support section dealing with reporting technical problems and see if there's any more information you can provide.

Okay, thanks. (Please edit your name out from line 9 of the log.)

My own edition hasn't been activated yet so I don't have anything to compare it to, yet, but if more people show up with this problem this log will definitely give us something to compare notes with and help us figure out what's wrong.

Two quick things I want you to try:
    1. Can you please close uPlay, start it again in Administrator mode and try verifying the files.
    2. Can you try to start the game in Windows 7 or 8 compatibility mode.
