Leaderboard doesn't change after I do a personal record!! HELP | Forums

I'm posting here the same ticket that I sent to the support, to see if I get some solution as soon as possible.

Firstly, sometimes I play Trials Frontier without any internet connection.
For months it happens and only now I see that.
The problem is, if I beat my personal record without internet connection, when I connect to the internet some time after, my personal record don't change to the new, and the Leaderboard don't show anything new. So, i think that I have some lost points because this, I did many personal records without Internet for months and I check some tracks that I did it, and it didn't change, but It shows the time of my personal record, but not on the leaderboards.
And when I unlocked the new track of Rodeo Event (Vagrant Camp), i played this track without internet, and some time after when I was connected to the internet again, I don't see my time on the leaderboards, and my punctuation didn't change.
I'm waiting some solution for this problem.

I've experienced the same thing. The only way I've resolved it myself was beating that offline ghost and posting a new record while connected to the internet. I was honestly thinking about submitting a ticket because my Traction Testground (Crazy Bike) time is not posting when I've beat it both on WiFi and AT&T network. Hopefully someone can give some clarification though as I'm sure I've got a few other ghosts in this limbo state like you.

I tried this same thing a few times, but this didn't solve in any track, the LB still not change

I have this same problem, on the Waterwheel of all courses. My local time is over a second faster (top 10) than my posted time...

Hello all,

Sorry to hear about your troubles. New record times should always get added to the Leaderboard the next time you play online.

For troubleshooting make sure that:

1. After playing offline, double check the internet connection
2. The game has been restarted

The game should send the new or improved leaderboard entries to the leaderboard when the game is launched and the device is online.

I have the same problem on alot of tracks not sure if it shows the wrong time locally on my device or if it simply isnt updating properly.
Doesnt seem to change over time either ie it can be weeks since the new record and still no change in leaderboard.
