We did address some connectivity concerns in the status report that we released today! However if you are getting multiple disconnects without any error code, I recommend opening up a support ticket here.
Every time I launch this 60 dollar game that I had paid I keep connecting to the furthest server region or data centre. Why do I keep connecting to Japan west which is 200 ping instead of connecting to west Europe which is 100 ping. It takes hours to find a single game in Japan west like what is this. Can I play the game? Honestly, bring back where we can change servers because I spent so much time in it and now I get this. Why am I connecting to the furthest server?? Please fix this so that I can connect to the closest server. All they do when I submit a case is tell me to do troubleshooting steps which do absolutely nothing. Please fix this so I can play to the closest server region/data centre. Thank you.
