ikr happened to me hundreds of times literally. I stop playing ranked for a week everytime this happens.

Wrote a similar thread beginning of the week.
Suspected it was a DDOS, UBI told me to raise a ticket with support and that pretty much it.
It's happened now about 4 times over the last 2 weeks now with things that's happened over the last couple of months with cheating, DDOS , constant bugs and appearance of new bugs season after season.
losing pro League teams from the roster, and the ridiculous nerfs and buffs going on. On top the that the over inflated price of the larceny packs.
I'm starting to think it's the end for this game

i was playing a ranked game with my friend and whole players ping was +1000. we got kicked from game. and we all get banned 30 mins and our ranks get down. it's copletely ubisofts fault i want a solution.

What we would like are tangible responses when we do stuff like this. Many of us, when we encounter cheaters, or DDOS problems and the like - we do fill out these forms. Submit tickets. Post video evidence. All the things that you ask for - we do all that stuff.

But nothing ever seems to come of it. I must have submitted dozens of cheating reports through the official UBI website 'submit a cheating report page'. To this day, I have yet to receive any answers at all from any of them. The customer service has been deplorable in that regard. What usually happens is that after 1 day, I will be sent an automatic email that says essentially: 'We are presuming that this issue is now resolved to your satisfaction, and we are closing your ticket'. And of course, I click the little button that says 'No, this is NOT resolved'. It sends me to the ticket page and lets me enter text, not unlike a forum post. But that's it. Sometimes the company will put a post after that which says 'For more information about reporting these issues, please go to this link'. Which sends us right back to the 'submit a cheating report' page and starts the whole thing all over again. It's an endless cycle of frustration that never seems to resolve anything, especially for honest players.

When we submit one of these tickets, we'd like a direct response from an employee saying, 'Oh man dude! Sorry this happened! Here is what we're going to do to fix the game so that this doesn't happen again - (list of programming, patching and adjusting actions). We promise we'll get this implemented in the very next patch so these cheating scalawags don't get away with it. And the guy who cheated, we're banning his account, revoking his status, and shutting him down. We don't tolerate this kind of scamming at UBI. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.'

Hello, Guys is anyone experiencing the same problem that I am- connection failure in ranked error code 4-0xFFF0BDCO. Whenever I start the game the lobby freezes for me and I get kicked and I can't reconnect even tho I try to and then I get this error code. I reset my PC, wifi, etc it won't work... Did anyone has/ had that problem and what did you do to solve it?

I've had the problem aswell and I dont know how to fix it. I'm banned for 24 hours because of it.

I’m sick of lagging out when my ping is 9 please fix these trash servers the game is amazing people if it’s only meant for online play at least make sure the game doesn’t jus randomly kick people out I left the game for 2 years thinking maybe things have changed yeah you guys added some sweet operators & new elite skins & stuff but there’s still the same perspective issue, team killing with now consequence reports & most of all random spikes to pings out of the blue. Please work on this, & believe me when I say I am far from bashing this game I have every elite skin & bought every year pass since year 2 so it’s definitely my favorite game that’s why I’m passionately venting about the issues. Keep building !

and I check ubisoft.com and webpage is also not opening

Even on same ISP my friend is playing but my server is not connecting Can You please help me to resolve this issue

And also your website is not opening on my connection on same ISP on other connetion of my friend is working fine everything

If i use vpn then everything is working fine
