So me and a friend went into a ranked game, everything seemed all normal. Then when the banning phase started I noticed that my votes were extremely delayed and everyone had 2000+ pings, except for this one dude. He had a ping of 150-46ms during the entire game (or the little I got to play). After the banning phase had ended the pings didn't go down and then in the droning phase I could barely move my drone and all except one of my teammates got disconnected before me. Then i got the 30min penalty and 1 lost ranked into my placements. So what I'm trying to ask is if there is a way for me to prove this and or get the match undone or something. The friend I went into this with also got a derank so yeah thats that.
Hello NaJo_TheSanzo. I deeply apologize for this inconvenience that you and your friend experienced in Rainbow Six Siege. Please keep in mind that Support is not able to remove ranked points of any kind, nor can we remove matches from the system. However, I'd still be more than happy to help get this reported for you. Have you and your friend continued to experience high ping and lag in Siege since this happened?
I have tried for 3-4 days now to play the game and i'm very mad, i just really want to play your game but i can't because when I launch the game it says the servers are unreachable. And i have tried everything reinstalled the game and I restarted my Internet and i have wired connection, Checked if the files was ok and a some other ****. but i still doesn't work. Also the weird thing as I have been playing this game for almost 4 years now and i have never encountered this problem before.
Pls fix this or help me fix it, When i check youtube i have seen that a lot of other people have the same problem as me around the time i got it so... pls fix it
