rainbow siege crashes when connecting to ubisoft servers | Forums

The past two nights, I've tried to get in a couple matches, but I keep getting this error.

Ubisoft, is there a nightly reboot schedule for the west coast servers or some other kind of nightly maintenance that causes there to be less servers available? I can't imagine that Wednesday and Thursday nights between 11pm and 12am (10pm and 11pm PST) are the busiest times for the multiplayer servers.

I have the issue RIGHT NOW..... I have also changed my datacenter to eus (cuz i live in FLA) and i have 297 ping! WTF? I have had a "question" into you guys for 5 days now and u haven't responded with out even a hello. this will be the first and last Ubisoft game I purchase. Well I did get it with my 980ti but still it was part of the deal. Way to lose a customer fellas!

About once a minute I lose connection to the servers, so it makes the game nearly unplayable. Additionally the NAT is stuck at strict. Since I live in a college dorm I don't have direct access to the router ( it doesn't show up in the network tab in Windows). Is there an easy solution to these problems that doesn't require me to talk to IT? If I have to get access to the router it is just going to take a lot more time when I could be playing this game.

Ubisoft, fix your fcking server man, i mean come on. the game is out for a while now and its still ****. It seems like it all becomes worse after the new patch, when i try to join ranked im getting almost every match ERROR DURING MATCHMAKING. It also takes fcking long to find a guy to complete your team before the match can start.

Because of all that **** on ranked im trying to join casual, but on casual im only joining matches in progress that almost finished. I didnt have al these problems before the last patch. Do something about it man, when you compare ur FPS servers to COD of BF, your servers are HORRIBLE.

I paid for this so get your **** right.
