By now i think its safe to say that EVERYONE who has played RSS for any length of time knows that the crazy deaths or shooting someone 15 times only to be one-shot killed is total nonsense and everybody who knows Rainbow is wondering why we can't make our own operator. UBI says the operators keep the game's gadgets balanced or whatever but i see no reason why the operator selection isn't a gadget selection instead. You dont want everyone to have Sledge's hammer or Fuze's grenade thing? I understand that completely, but why not have everyone looking at the armory pre-match and choosing from the available GADGETS instead of OPERATORS? Some of us are forced to use a slow heavilly armored guy because the only two operators we like were taken. The recruit has no attachments on his weapons and only gets one wall reinforcement as a defender so that kinda makes him borderline useless, and quite frankly, i can't stand having to use a female because i like her guns. Look UBI, nobody really cares one bit about where Ash came from, or how Thermite got the scars on his arms nor do we even slightly care about the operator videos that y'all wasted so much time and effort on. We wanna shoot people and win matches with our own digital representation of ourselves and not feel cheated EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GET KILLED! Every match my team and i play is riddled with impossible deaths from a laggy player or the bullet-sponge guy who is basically invincible at times and we are all sick of it!!! This game could be unmatched in the tactical FPS market if everyone didn't end up pissed off because of things that shouldn't happen. If Siege doesn't switch over to dedicated servers(at least for ranked matches), it will lose ALL of its true Rainbow 6 player base. I'm not speaking of the noobs who play the run-n-gun aim assisted kiddie games like CoD and Battlefield and are just now trying a Rainbow 6 game, I'm speaking of the hardcore Rainbow players who waited for 7 years for this game only to be slapped in the face with the laggy, garbage, pier to pier servers that make EVERY gun battle unfair to one player or the other. Don't get me wrong, we win most of our matches and all have good k/d ratios, but I know how the people we beat feel...I know when we kill one of them that more than likely they said "thats ********, i shot him first" or something similar because EVERY time one of us dies, thats the feeling we get and we record a game clip of us shooting that guy with a half a mag before they ever returned a single bullet in our direction to proove it. It is heartbreaking to have our beloved RainbowSix play like a 1985 Atari 2600 game and it should be totally EMBARASSING to UBISOFT to let game crippling servers ruin such a well designed shooter. I would ask to UBI to please change RSS over to dedicated servers, but we all know it will never happen. Especially with The Division and Ghost Recon Wildlands being worked on. Rant concluded...

I've been diconnected twice within 3 hours in ranking and this been Goin on for a while now I'm literally being demoted stuck in f-ing bronze ranking not cause I lost but because I get disconnected from server. freaking bull ****. then it prompts me to join game again I do then it takes for ever to join then I get disconnected again and then banned for 5 min.!!!!!!!

When I start up game (Rainbow Six Siege) everything is going correct but then when the game wants to connect me to Rainbow6 servers it shows me the SERVERS ERROR 8-0x00000052 . PLease help me with this or I want to my money back(double)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if it is only me but it seems that after a patch the servers usually work better for the first few days. But as the days go by after that the servers and mm seem to get worse and worse until the next patch. Then repeat, unfortunately! Probably a dumb thought but can ubi just "reset" the servers every few nights or whenever to clean it up? Kind of like just unplugging your router to reset your internet.
