Okey, so i am kinda really angry right now....
Two things i experienced with those f***ing offers
First one : A free offer where you have to download an app (something about your mobile volume) for a 30 gems reward
So i've downloaded this app on play store and it installed two apps, and you can guess the second one was a malware.
I've been flooded with ads everywhere on my phone (not only in game) no way to remove it with an anti-malware.
Only one solution, to restore my phone (took me 2hrs) wich is unacceptable imo.
Second one: I have subscribed two offers from tapjoy where you have to download apps for 5€
The prize was 1350 gems for the 2 purchases (10€) Two things made my decision, 1st one is that for 10€ you only get 450gems with the in game store, and 2nd
was that my money was not going to ubi's pocket (i gave them already enough for nothing)
And guess what? Of course no gems were rewarded after my two purchases, but i thought this could happen so during my purchase i took screenshot of every step
(validation sms, screen of the apps, validation email and mobile provider bill) So i sent everything to ubi, of course no answer. Then sent everything to tapjoy who is
telling me it's not on them but with the downloaded app manufacturer wich obviously is unreachable....
So, it is now clear i will never get nothing and it's like i just thrown 10€ in my garbage.
Be careful with thoses scam offers guys. It's just another demonstration of ubi incompetence.
Damn, sorry to hear that Sl1mboy, just wondering though, have you got the Free stand-alone TapJoy App from the Play Store yet ??
If not then give it a try as it allows you to track ALL of the offers you've made and also lets you know why you haven't received gems & coins etc. (Eg: what you've missed or haven't completed within the offer) PLUS, if I remember right, there's a way of contacting people to help if you have any problems like yours !!
I tried a few of those TapJoy offers a while back on a different game and I had a lot of them work but every so often I wouldn't receive anything which is when I found out about the TapJoy App, after I got it I was able to follow-up on a few offers that I hadn't received from and completed them properly thus receiving what I was owed but others had been too long and had expired by the time I got this far.....Also, some of those paid offers have a couple of days delay on them before you receive anything, this is where the TapJoy App comes in handy as well as it tells you which offers give out instantly and how long to wait for the others etc. !!
Anyway, I hope this helps and you manage to get what you're owed !!
P.S: My advice is to only try out the Free Offers from now-on and be careful what details you enter-in to some of them too as I've read and heard some nasty things about similar features with promises of free in-game items etc......Take Care mate !!

Ok, thank you very much fatal for the informations. I've downloaded the app but there is nothing about my purchases, i guess this is normal since i've downloaded the app after.
And thanks too goonzi. Yes really bad experience with the first scenario, hopefully i've managed to get trough.
Also I don't know if iam assured to receive my items tho, but i'm assured the paiment is done lol.

Just thought I would bump this. Out of pure frustration. Rage. Madness. So I tried installing an app, went through an hour of answering questions only to have malicious software attempt to take advantage, sending site advisories and warning windows everywhere. Nothing I did could eliminate this crap so that I would GET THE REWARDS without proceeding and accepting the obtrusion. So I filled out the "missing gems?" Info, but ultimately didn't get the 270 some gems. So I tried Pepsi vs coke for 100 gems. Says "you are required to select favorite beverage and enter valid email to receive reward" so I did. Then it sends me to a worthless "leading consumer info" company who wants everything from my home address to my children's birthdays although not supposed to be required to earn the gems. I will not give a thief my info, but I guess that's why I also did not receive the gems their either. ? So tried to fill out another complaint request to get what I earned based on what the offer "SAID" was required to do so, and tapjoy says "you've already submitted a complaint for this reward offer. Now after trying to back out into the game and retry at the risk of squeezing my phone until it breaks, the rewards offers part of the store does not work anymore. What a total joke and waste of time. I legitimately earned almost 300 gems over an hour and a half but will never see them. That is the most miserably run program I have ever seen. I am also not willing to waste anymore time trying to get what they offer, they advertised, and I properly earned when I know no body is going to help or take responsibility. So either earn gems, very slowly. Or pay real money for them like justinman did. Awful not being able to hold someone accountable for screwing you. I wish I could talk to someone IN PERSON because face to face is the only way anything ever truly gets resolved, and "tapjoy" has the perfect setup to prevent anyone from chewing their *** for taking advantage. Whhheeeeeww
Documenting every experience with tapjoy over the last few days will probably not help at all. The only gems received are ones for watching a video. Choose an offer that was advertised " answer 13 questions and take a short survey, no registration or personal info required". 34 gems. Answered the questions and it made me start over. Btw all the questions were of a personal nature. Finally get to the survey and I choose a nine minute one. At its end it says I was not qualified for the survey and made me restart another. I went thru 3 others just like that. Answering many personal questions (all probably being stored by some tapjoy implemented program to screw me later) but it never let me complete a survey. Again, all questions are personal. Tried again. This time half way thru it sent me to some website that looked like a 6 year old created asking me for VERY personal info. I hit the back button but it wouldn't let me leave. Then got another malicious site warning and had to exit everything. Tapjoy is the most poorly run, managed and monitored site I have ever seen. Also incredibly crooked, because all of the offers I have correctly completed that had a reward for more then 1 gem, I never received any reward for. They are also advertising the requirements to get the reward falsely, in attempt to suck you into giving them your address etc. All of their emails to me about being taken advantage of have been an attempt to continue not having to make good on their offers rewards. Not helpful at all. I am owed over 500 gems now for hours of attempts at completing their offers, the most recent one today (34 gems) taking almost 45 minutes. So beware. If you have not tried tapjoy yet, don't waste your effort. And certainly don't enter any personal info. There are guidelines for running a successful and honest business but tapjoy adheres to very few of them. BEWARE
I bet sl1mboy also never got his gems or his money back. I would bet 500 gems to it.
Eh, it's not so much Ubisoft's fault. Either they have TapJoy or they don't.
Stay away from everything except the videos and you'll be fine.
Your right, and I am trying to only hold tapjoy accountable. To no avail. Just a shame seeing offers, following their guidelines and completing them only to find I've wasted my time. Repeatedly lol
