Yeah, my name is blue too. Strange! I thought at first it might just be a local thing, to find yourself easier in the leaderboards if you scroll around a bit, but evidently not going by this thread.

EDIT: If you tap the people with blue names in the leaderboards, we're all using the latest IAP outfit launched today. Possibly tied to that?

I've never had this happen and I bought the High Roller Outfit pretty early as there was still 425 available when I did !?!?
