I got this game as a Christmas gift. The first day I was able to play the game. A played it a few days after on max settings with no problems what so ever. I get to this mission where you have to go to the "Krya Tea Factory" and getting close to the factory would freeze and crash the game. After retrying and retrying and getting annoyed I decided I would reinstall the game. Back in December I was getting this problem of it not letting me install the game. I have tried reinstalling Uplay but it still does it. I have more than enough room for the game and internet connection.
check your firewall settings .....one user in the tech forums posted a similar problem with problems Downloading via the u play client .. turned out to be a setting in his firewall software
