    CD key activation:key already in use also cant see question on my question history

    I just bought this game farcry 3 and when I tried to install it and gave the cd key showing cd key is in used with another account.So, I searched on ubi support and submitted a question regarding this but I cannot see anything on my question history page wtf?Also I have 2 ubi soft account as far as I remember,I logged in on the other account there I cant find any game.Please help ...

    for CD key and activation / account problems its best to call UBI Support on the phone during regular support hours

    Sadly...I did try to make a ticket for resolution I have mentioned it on my first post.....I cant see a damn thing on my question history.How am I supposed to know if any ticket is opened?Also I live in India so I prefer not to call than contact through forum.

    keep in mind it can take up to 48 hours to get a response on a ticket

    i'd try opening another if your unsure your ticket went through .....or try to contact them Via Social media from the links i provided you above

    I did try atleast 5 times still nothing showing on my question history page guess it will appear if anyone reply to my ticket idk.Also sent a message on fb...so far never had any problem with ubisoft games farcry 4 is running fine.

    Well I posted a ticket or question on 23 sept...still no respond from ubi support team.This is getting really irritating.
