Cannot access Additional DLC Content on Trials Fusion: The Awesome Max Edition | Forums

I recently purchased Trials Fusion: The Awesome Max Edition for $23.99 with Xbox Live Deals with Gold about a week ago. However I am unfortunately unable to access any of the DLC content.

I tried accessing the DLC content by logging singularly into my profile, I've done a hard reset on my Xbox One, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all of it's DLC packs but only to no avail.

In the additional content menu, all of the additional content shows the prices of 19.99 for the season pass, or the 4.99/6.99 for all of the other packs... but of course when I click on "purchase", it says "You already own Trials Fusion Season Pass", or "You already own Trials Fusion: Riders of Rustlands" etc., etc., etc.

This is frustrating because I wouldn't have even purchased the game if it wasn't for the great deal on the DLC packs in the first place.

What gives?

Does anybody have any advice?

I've tried numerous times to report this problem by "submitting my question to the support team", but when I hit continue at the bottom of the page to submit my question, the page simply refreshes, and the question doesn't show up in my "question history". I have tried this on multiple browsers. Please help.
