i have just ticked over 10k horseshoes, and unless the pace of collection picks up in the next two weeks, i'm going to run out of gems to complete it. given that 10k is top 0.1%, it seems like there are a lot of people who aren't even going to get close to achieving the end goal of this event.

I'm on 7500 and have put in more time that I would hope is necessary, either the next two tasks pay out way more or they'll string us along with horseshoes on the prize wheel.

I just got quagmire. first track I just gave up and took the 0 horseshoes at the end. Dark machine annoyed me too, cause suck at the middle of that track.

Personally I would save the gems until the last week when all 4 options for horseshoes are available. I have a feeling the coming options will net even more shoes.

yeah, your probably right. but i'm moving interstate that week, and i'm not sure how much time i'll have to grind if it turns out horseshoes are just as hard to get.
I guess I should just grind bronco bucks until the last event starts, then hope its possible to jump up to 50k quickly.

I just got Melancholy on a race and it's literally impossible to get past the very first hill because all the bikes are causing my game to run 2x speed. This is normally manageable but not for this obstacle. It's not even my phone overheating I waited 30 mins and started it up, loaded the track and the game can't handle all the bikes + fire pit at the beginning of the level. Really still wish there was an option to turn off the moving scenery.

Within the first two days I had Quagmire three times. I did okay on it but it's not a simple course.

For the entire event I have had more Bronco Bucks than horse shoes. For a brief moment earlier today I had more horse shoes than Bronco Bucks but I'm back again (7948 Bronco Bucks and 7747 horse shoes). My expectation is that Bronco Bucks will continue to have better return on investments into later events and I don't plan to spend many more on the rodeo slots (unless I see some nice early blue prizes to be had).

Yeah, but even from the description you can see they won't be a walk in the park either - chasing the cowgirl on a horse bike? I can barely manage the convicts on my normal bike...

Looking at the week4 event info from the game, it shows the Parched cliff, and its rode for 10.500 sec. Horseshoes amount in that second shows 180.
The thing we don't know yet, that is it the whole prize, or does it gain or drop while racing... But still it's the highest possible amount known currently.

I dont think the the week 2 track unlocked for me as i cant see it on my map. I was at 7% to on the leaderboard.
