    Game doesn't recognize i have Awesome level Max

    This started happening right after i updated my Uplay to the newest version it has now (this new blue one) and now my game that i bought from steam doesn't recognize ingame that i have the dlc. Steam says i own it and uplay says i have this product already activated but ingame i can't access any of the awesome level max DLC stuff

    one thought i had about this is that i own 2 account. my main one is from steam that has all the dlc. i have anothed building account that is redeemed on uplay that doesn't have the awesome level max dlc. so i have 2 versions of the game installed. could it be that these different files at conflicting with each other? i have no answer :P Edit: uninstalled uplay version of the game but it didn't help

    Things i tried already:

    Launch the game again (did this many many many times)

    Try to launch the game from Steam folders

    Verify files on steam

    Restart computer

    Redeem the code again (says i already have it)

    Uninstalled another version of the game

    Same here....

    I have the DLC installed in steam, I launch the game... Then in-game, it proposes me to buy it instead of being able to play it. When i go to activate it again just in case, it tells me this code is already activated ON THIS ACCOUNT.. Well hello then, freakin unlock it -_- infuriating. Please respond to the thread faster guys ... its like you are inexistent on the forum.

    Same problem here.
    All purchases made through Steam and tried same fixes as above with no luck.

    The team is trying to reproduce. They'll get back to you when they have information.

    The problem is weird as we didn't update the client recently and it seems to impact only Steam users from what I see in your reports. We're also looking at if it's not related to the Uplay update of yesterday.

    Looks like we have found an issue on our side and it should be fixed now.
    Could you please take a look after rebooting Uplay and Steam client?

    I too have this issue

    I have this issue, I only recently bought this via steam, with season pass and awesome max, and in the additional content menu it clearly says purchased under all these items. but clicking on the just opens up the steam overlay, and trying to activate the code just pops up this message stating that it is already in my account and to check my games library!! I've already added the codes, everything is there! agh!

    Very annoying!!
