4 tickets, 45min regeneration, 18hour showdown.
3 free showdowns, extra costs 15tickets.
Prizes are much about dougnuts and parts (tier I and II)...and grand prize is donkey paint.
I'm glad it's not a blitz season, because I'm finally getting close to unlocking the last PvP tracks... just want those chips, don't really care for any of the prizes either way.
Cheers for the Info flooodi mate.....Why have RedLynx stopped posting this info for us though.....Strange !?!?Originally Posted by flooodi Go to original post
Anyway, It sounds like a pretty good season to me, along with a MUCH better prize line-up too !!
Overall, it's another step in the right direction in my opinion, let's hope they keep it up !!
Thanks RedLynx !!![]()
Meh; 18 hours showdowns are a pain to schedule, to avoid inconvenient ending times (during sleeping, etc). I almost have to start my showdowns at 7PM-12PM to avoid sleeping and work hours as much as possible. 24 hours showdowns are more flexible.
I actually prefer the 18 hr Showdown method. Basically, unless your sleeping more than 8, then just start em when you wake up. I think the idea about long showdowns vs say the blitz showdowns, is that it gives you plenty of time to go back and place better times. Don't rely on your opponent to keep the pace, as it's not always easy to know when they're gonna play next.
But on that note, an in-game PvP chat feature would be a nice addition, maybe similar to the feature offered in Blizzard's Hearthstone, with pre-made phrases and what not!![]()
18 hours seems a weird and slightly annoying time, but very happy to see the Bronco and Donkey paint jobs again in this season's prizes. Reckon I'll be trying to hit rank 1 this time around.
