With the Xbox One update in November making the Xbox One backward compatible, will this allow users to play Trials Evolution using their Xbox Ones?

ONLY if the publisher of the game allows it to be made backward compatible. So that will either be down to Redlynx or Ubisoft, but Ubisoft is on the list of publishers supporting BC.
