Sorry to hear you're having these problems mate but at this point, the best thing you can do is to send-in a Support Ticket, then if you don't get a reply within a few days send a PM (including your support ticket reference number) to one of the Forum Mods on here and they will help to get things sorted for you A.S.A.P ok !?
