    I had similar experience on Amazon. I think it is a common issue with generic outsorcing support. Not to be blamed by anyone other than whoever chose the specific company for outsourcing support. Basically you are just a number to them and then you get tossed around different departments until you give up, while they give you generic responses that you can find in handbook.

    Sad to hear this, because it is far from true. According to vgchartz ZombiU sold 800k on 10million install base, these are very very good numbers.

    I am happy to say that the server issue is now resolved!! You can check on Miiverse. Thank you Ubisoft! And Nintendo, Idk who was behind fixing this. I hope you will like my Miiverse comic about the issue ^^ Enjoy:
