I doubt they ever fix this. If their customer service department I spoke to on the phone is any indication of how they handle things, they are worthless. Extremely lazy, downright rude, and refuse to let me speak to their supervisor when asked. They make Comcast look competent by comparison.
Also, to anyone who calls in for support, if you get connected to someone named Martia, just hang up. She is by FAR the worst person on their staff and isn't worth the colossal waste of time she'll give you.
