Lost all tracks and favorites in editor | Forums

My game has been crashing alot since the level max dlc so I decided to do some research online to find a possible fix. I found a post on Xbox live help forums to clear local game data and many players had positive responses to it because it fixed their particular issue. So I decided to try it although I was nervous, but it does state that your game will sync it's data from cloud storage. After going through with it, the game tried to sync from the clouds but everything in my editor, from my favorites to all my tracks did not sync. Please tell me there's something I can do to restore them. I know it should all be stored in the cloud because I've recovered someone's acct to my console in order to help them build a track and all their favorites and tracks synced to my Xbox. Thanks.

A similar bug with Xbox cloud saves happened to me, only I lost all my Career progress and Platinum medals but my Track files were untouched. The only thing I can recommend is continuously deleting and re-downloading your Xbox save data, it might be found when re-downloading. Also, you can try deleting your profile from the console and then re-downloading it by logging back in. These were the two ways Xbox support and Redlynx tried to help me get mine fixed. My dad managed to get his back, but mine was lost forever.

I hope you can get your Tracks back. I know how gut-wrenching it can be to see so much progress disappear.

Thanks for the response pneumatic. I will definitely keep trying. I have 5 groups of favorites with all kinds of custom objects that I can't just remake in a day. Also plenty logic setups that I didn't make on my own but with help from great builders. I also need to be able to look back on tracks I've already released for certain setups.
