Likely; They are quite difficult tracks and definately require a good tier2 bike. You also don't get them for free but have to pay 200 gems (at 50% currently) in the cash store.

At first glance they seem pretty good and worth the gems.

Smart idea by RL to make the Rodeo LB be based on Horseshoes collected and not track times.... it forces you to play as often as possible; you cant just get good track times and sit back and collect your winnings for being in top 20%.... you sleep (ie dont play), you fall behind.

... top marks for achieving maximum grind.... (not that thats a GOOD thing... for us...)

    Hello everyone,

Please remember that in order to access the event, players have to unlock the Slot Machine and then go talk to the Cowgirl character that will appear in the saloon.

You will find all the information about the update in the official thread: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...-Event-is-here!

    Regards

The "Rockin' Rodeo" event has begun on my game. Looks like we have 30 days to collect 50,000 Bronco Bucks (you get 500 per race, so that's a reasonably big grind). If you collect 50,000 you get at least three new courses and also the "Stallion Bike" which has an actual jump ability.

Edit: Also seems every 7 days if you're in the top 20% you get another course. So seems there are at least 7 courses that will be given. There is one course "Collapsed Orchard" that demonstrates the new bike, but I didn't get leaderboard points from it and it seems like it won't be unlockable. I wish every course was unlockable but this one is crazy short (I got a 3.827).

You have to collect 50,000 Horseshoes. And how are they 500 BB per race when I get 150?!

Yeah, its not 500, although the higher medal you get, the bigger (pre-loot Wheel) bonus you get tacked onto the bucks you got on the race. Its worth it to zero-fault / get a good medal while collecting those bucks.

Sorry, I meant to say "50" Bronco Bucks per course.

Hey, on the plus side, it appears that you unlock things as you go, so if you get all 50 blueprint parts, for example, you get the stallion bike right then.

So, I've now realized just how much of a grind this may be. It's 50,000 horseshoes which are obtained by spending 50 bronco bucks per attempt in the slot machine. You're not guaranteed to get any horseshoes for paying the 50 bucks. I'm not sure I will be able to hang in on this one unless there are many more ways to get horseshoes soon...

Finally decided to break down and buy something. The High Roller Outfit seems pretty convenient since I honestly play this game more than anything else, so it's been worth it so far. $30 is honestly pretty steep, especially considering I just bought Trials Fusion for $20 total, but it's nice to not have to worry about fuel anymore. I kind of wish they released this over a year ago, but whatever.

Is the offer live now? Not seeing this or the Cowgirl outfit appear in my game.
