For the past week I've been trying to transfer my email account from my old email to my new one. I know this is simple to do, however I deleted my old email address about a year ago and don't have access to it. I tried transferring the address through the my profile settings but uplay sends an email to the old email address to confirm the transfer. When I realised this, the first thing I did was send a support ticket explaining the situation but still haven't received any replies. If anyone has had the same issue can you explain if there is anything I can do. Thankyou

Hello I have almost the same problem.
I`m trying to transfer my account to another email
Same thing, an email was sent to my email account (the old one)
The problem is that I have forgot my password from that email and I cannot log in (this is why I have created a new email account in the first place)
I cannot get a new password from yahoo neither because I did not gave my phone number to them.
Any advice on that?
If not, I would like to delete this u-play /Ubisoft account and I could just make another one instead using my new email
Can confirm that going to the twitter support group as mentioned above helped. Within 15 mins they replied and resolved the issue. Don't bother sending a support ticket in. The guy who read my ticket just told me to confirm my detail then go to my old email address and confirm with the link, so he clearly didnt bother to even read my message
