So apparently the Van Halen deal with Activision has expired and that EA has managed to license songs for their upcoming Rock Band game, so I wonder if it is possible that we might see Van Halen come to Rocksmith down the road.

I'd only be worried though about the charts, because half of the guitar parts need to use tremolo bridges because that is half of the technique of the songs (same goes for Cult of Personality and For the Love of God tracks which don't have them).

I guess we will wait with abated breath now and see if they do eventually come.
