Like everyone else since 2015, I'm stuck at level 3 of Rayman Adventures. I cannot "hatch" the purple egg, getting the error message "Connection to the server failed. Please check your internet connection and try again."
I tried deleting and reinstalling the Rayman Adventures app but same issue. My latest RA says 3.9.1 in the lower right corner of the main screen.
My connection is: Inernet > Pace 5268AC Gateway > Orbi Router > WiFi > Apple 4k TV (Model A1842-32Gb) with tvOS 14.3, on a WiFi
Under the RA game interface: Options > Customer Support > Assistance area: I see:
Profile ID: 0 - ??? (WiFi)
DNA ID: 1a77f8f9-7e26-4cd5-9b7e-921187e5676
It's as though Rayman Adventures cannot connect to my WiFi network even thought the Apple 4KTV itself is connected just fine

4 days im trying to play Rayman adventure and when i get stuck at level 3 cant hash the egg and says cant connect !
for 4 days i am trying to solve it, i reseted my Apple tv 3 times tried wifi and cable even hotspot internet all failed tried beta iOS also failed ! went to my brother home he has the none 4k Apple TV and samething happining !
so i am going through all this cos its the best game for my son! he played all Rayman games on xbox and the last one he did it like 10 times !
And when i found this Adventure and have this problem i open supoort ticket and the only answer was they will send it to developer and thats it...
So my issue will be solved in 1 day 1 month or 1 year or never ? Really dissapointed by the support given ! now i need everyday do check if its working ? and how long should i keep waiting ? i thought they will walk me through it till they solve it for me but really dissapointing after all the trouble to make it work get a genral answer !

However if the issue persists then please contact contact support and include the make and model of your device and also provide a screenshot of your in-game ID. To do this launch the game, then tap on the options menu (cog wheel icon) and choose 'Customer Support'. Your in-game ID will show on the bottom of the screen.
