We ALL hope that you follow through with your promises, keep in contact with us and do your best to fix all the problems that have been plaguing this game for too long now.....We just want things back to normal please !?

.....Then have a browse through the 'Support' sections as many people have made separate posts there, outlining the various Bugs and Glitches they've found, instead of posting them in the Bugs & Glitches Thread, so there's no need to re-write everything in this thread when they're already written out in the correct sections of the forum, this should help to save some time to get the ball rolling and get things addressed quicker as well.....Just a thought !!

Thank you very much for the links. We are and have been browsing them and prioritizing. I would also like to point out the QA corner which I willl keep updated with the lastest and relevant information on QA activity impact on upcoming builds and plans. You will find already some actions points on the issues you raised.
Same applies to platforms specific forums. We are currently acting on issues raised there.

We are certainly glad to have you guys around. I am not quite sure how you want this to work, but we can start off with an easy one:

Simply put, its impossible to get the donkey leaderboard for The Lift; it never returns. Its been reported on IOS and Android; its teh only LB for any bike thats apparently broken. And here are my two IOS tickets (2 and 4 months old now)

We have investigated this issue and found the root cause. Working on the fix. Will keep everyone posted on QA corner and/or in this thread when it becomes live in game.

Here's hoping that the Lift leader board for the Donkey is fixed in such a way that all the people with existing times are credited with the appropriate number of points for their current times.

I would be happy with an empty LB, honestly, but I am worried about the points too... I got none even though I set a cautious Gold to test it. I intend to set a very good Plat time and check my awarded points....really hoping for something in the neighborhood of 750K-800K like usual....

Thanks for the rapid reply, it's nice to have active people on the forums for a change and I like the addition of the 'Q&A Corner' as it gives us some peace of mind knowing that things are being done to get the Frontier back to normal for us all !!

G00nzi actually sent me a private message and further encouraged me that this is the real deal and they are really finally working on fixing the game's biggest problems, including the LBs. It sounds like it might take a little time, but I actually feel good about this for the first time in a LONG time.

Hi,
I have two questions:
- Is the dougnuts thing being considered as a bug? I have the agent bike, but I'm not even close to having the donkey. Now gems the only way to get them.
- And in the slot machine. Apart from the repeated rewards, before I could get all blue rewards with something like 15~20 spins. Now, with almost 60 I'm still not able to get the fourth (usually a track I want). Is this addressed in the new update?
