I would like to start by introducing myself and my team: G00nzi,T0ffler and Viking_fin.
In an effort to bring the RedLynx developing team closer to you, the players, more team members have been given access to the forums hence you will most likely see more activity from our side in these forums. Us 3 are the visible part of the QA team that is working in Trials Frontier. Some of you already got some private messages from us regarding bugs that we were trying to hunt down.
Clarification on what is our purpose.
We are here to:
- Assist in game bug related posts be it by figuring how to reproduce the issues, help with possible temporary workarounds, expedite support and inform on general issue fixes.
We are not here to:
- Validate or not current design decisions and/or feature implementation, which does not exclude forwarding community concerns to the development team.
This being said I would like to point out that your feedback is most valuable to us and if we aim to create and maintain a good game, a game as a service we must keep the players in mind at all times. This feedback loop gains much more importance when referring to QA since our faults directly impact your experience. And our goal is to deliver the best experience possible.

Simply put, its impossible to get the donkey leaderboard for The Lift; it never returns. Its been reported on IOS and Android; its teh only LB for any bike thats apparently broken. And here are my two IOS tickets (2 and 4 months old now)

i have been complaining for a while that engagement from RL on the forums was very poor.
one to kick off- i am sure this is mentioned in the support forum
once you have upgraded the donkey you not longer get iced nuts (or whatever you want to call them) to upgrade the agent bike
I understand the remit - support, that is fair enough. where should we be voicing suggestions though, what about kicking it to uservoice and let that run it. for example put hill climb, bunny hop and sine whatever on the map.

This is huge and comforting. The most important things right now are:
1. Leaderboard Recalculations/cleanup (scores are wrong, hackers exist)
2. Slot machine same rewards
3. Gift box sucks (you know why)
I am very encouraged that we are finally going to get some traction on this. I hope to hear updates frequently! Thanks team!

Regarding the doughnuts, the functionality that impacts availability of doughnuts will be changed in an upcoming update. Namely there will be more sources where you can get them and they will be available even after completing Donkey upgrading.

.....Then have a browse through the 'Support' sections as many people have made separate posts there, outlining the various Bugs and Glitches they've found, instead of posting them in the Bugs & Glitches Thread, so there's no need to re-write everything in this thread when they're already written out in the correct sections of the forum, this should help to save some time to get the ball rolling and get things addressed quicker as well.....Just a thought !!
