Not sure if it's a tyre glitch or just that specific obstacle/object which might be glitched. It seems to happen on these pipes on the track "Mind The Gap".
I have some footage of the glitch in action, I thought maybe it would be of some use to RedLynx staff

It happens on several random objects. I think it has to do with the fact that the collisionbox isnt straight. I remember it even happening on a cilinder shaped custom collision.

There are a few points in some of the in game tracks that regularly have this same issue. Curved surfaces of any kind seem to be the worst offenders in my experience. I have a cylindrical custom collision in something I'm building and maybe one in every 100 attempts the front tyre will get jammed.
