I've seen people lose save files but it can be annoying if you overwrite a different file, can be annoying right?

Can it be possible to highlight the old file you loaded to save on to later so you don't overwrite any other ones, Evo had it, so why isn't it in here? It's in a lot of other games too, please can this be resolved. We had a track ready from the team account and someone was in a rush to save to go do something only to an old file getting saved over, there is no proper protection against track savings, yeah there maybe a are you sure you want to save over this but it doesn't protect about rushing out and old habits as regards saving.

Just maybe a thought for future reference?
