Well, they're technically up in the SCEA PSN store.
However, I have noticed something. I purchased the PS3 version for the crossbuy as I usually do. Usually this allows me to download the PS4 version from the Download List. Then the packs and songs for the PS3 and PS4 are all marked as Purchased on the PSN store website. This time, after I bought the pack, I was able to start the download for the PS3 versions, but not the PS4 versions. And only the PS3 pack was marked as purchased, not any of the songs.
Hopefully, when I get home I'll be able to download the songs on my PS4, but I won't know until then.
