Several patches now and still no Legacy thumbsticks...

This is beyond disappointing. I dont understand why the developers would remove this from the Rainbow 6 series... it seems like a giant F U. Looks like myself and many countless legacy gamers will have to buy another game.

Every rainbow six game before this one had the legacy control type but not this one. What the ****!! The division even has the control type. Bought the gold edition day one only to find i cant even play the game. Then when i hear several patches have been released this issue is still not resolved. How the **** is that possible. One of my favorite series ever and i cant play because a stupid glaring omission. Whats crazy is that as i said The Division has the control type. What did you guys do, just say ah **** it lets skip this game. Unbelievable that its going to be March soon with this not patched in. Im selling this pos. Its like the biggest "**** You" to omit gamers who have been playing console shooters since Goldeneye the Original control type. Damn so pissed, to ignore Tamb0 who has been pleading on this forum and gamefaqs like mad to just be completely ignored. For his sake do right by legacy users.

Thanks for the support Fei, but I'm about to give up hope. It looks like the developers aren't interested in accessibility for their devoted fans. I'll just have to go back to Call of Duty I guess...

Was there ever any explanation as to why they never implented legacy controls?

My friend who i bought this game for and mailed it to him. Come to find out no legacy controls never thought to check... ended up not being avle to plqy because of it. If you guys added legacy controls you would gain a ton more people playing this game.

I also play on this layout. It not only makes me so mad that they can’t just add this layout but it disappoints me that Ubisoft cannot just insert it. All other games have this from their previous. Siege and Wildlands do not support it. I’ve been sending messages and post on instagram and Facebook and still NOTHING!!!! Bought both games and don’t have the stick layout !! What a WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! I would FIGHT FOR THIS!! And get my $$$ BACK!!! UBISOFT DOESNT GIVE A SH ....

I made the mistake of buying this piece of ****ing **** myself. Now I'm seeing all of these posts about no Legacy controls. **** you, Ubisoft. First you nix death match with this stupid siege ********, then you can't even offer the same control schemes that have been in every game for the past umpteen years? You ****ing suck!!!!!!!
