How to get winter tracks:

Walrus Road
Snowman Haven
Frostmoore
Container Grounds
Icy Foothills
Frozen Facility
Squal Slide
Penguin Landing
Ice Blockade
Snowball Ride
Sledridge Gorge
Chopping Distirct
Icebound Hamlet
Frosty Plumbing
Permafrost Climb
Chilled Cliffs

I am 43 level and don't have these tracks. I can't see these tracks in rewards of Slot Machine or Loot wheele or in Story too. So how to get this winter tracks?

The tracks were given away during the Frostpocalypse event. I missed two of them but have not seen a chance to unlock them since. I did not participate in the Halloween event last year but I was able to unlock all of those tracks so hopefully they will do the same with the winter tracks.

Nope; you either get it during the event itself or get it later by Loot Wheel (or whatever way RL decides to deliver event content).

RL is RedLynx, the people who developed Trials Frontier. What I meant was that they usually add tracks from old events by Loot Wheel (and they said they would this time), but they are free to change that at any time.
