There has been no current visible action on major ongoing issues (Leaderboard recalculation needed on both devices, hacker prevention, slot machine bugs)
There have been major ongoing issues unaddressed for the latest event (Android LBs completely messed up, IOS track rewards not given TWICE now). Even RL should be tired of inefficiently handing out track rewards via the "Choose Server even when it recommends Local" approach....
The Gift Box was nerfed to a ridiculous degree. . . after months of waiting for it to be fixed. (While its better than nothing, they could surely have done better than drag this out for months).
We get no communication to let us know the status of these issues; if they are being worked on or a timeframe/gameplan for when they will be addressed. When what little communication we do get it is content-free and of the form "we hear you and sympathize".
Meanwhile, we get to wade through one bundle offering after another, and re-offering of tracks, etc... certainly THAT aspect of the game isnt broken.... and the bunker rules get tighter and tighter.... a more cynical person would say they are trying to squeeze every last dime out of us before they drive us off.
And hey, just one more..... I submitted TWO tickets over the last FOUR months that the donkey LB for the Lift is inaccessible on both platforms. Multiple updates later... still no fix.

the only way is to wait for the maintenance on Sept. 1st. If nothing be done, Goodbye trials.
They should be ashamed of what they are doing with this game, as much as i am to keep playing it
