Didn´t got the Track on the Loot Wheel | Forums

I was playing a Track, and on the Loot Wheel, i got a Track, that i could win (The tower of terror, don´t know, if this is the true name in englisch, because I play in german) and i spent a few gems (nearly 100) to win this track, and at the end I didn`t got the Track... What should I do now?

I didn't know we could win tracks off of the Loot Wheel, I've only ever seen them on the Slot Machine or in the Chip Store, but if you're playing on Android then you can try clearing the games Caché as this has solved similar disappearing glitches before !!

Apart from that I don't know what else you could do other than sending in a Support Ticket to RedLynx and hope they get back to you and help ok !!

It's extremely rare for me to see tracks on the loot wheel so I can imagine using every last gem I have to try and get it. There really should be an easier way to unlock tracks besides luck.

I have just been working with support for a very similar problem, but mine was on the slot machine. (iOS) 2 track reward for level 16 but the tracks never appeared. I have been working with support for a week or so and he got one to show up but not 2 (no matter which tracks he tried). Since then I have been receiving tracks on the loot wheel that I already own! Same for the PVP chip shop, where I can only buy tracks I already own (see separate thread I started on that). Now I am thinking this is all related. I seems like my track ownership list has been reset.

Note: Support dept has been very responsive - several emails/day from them trying different fixes.

I hope they help you with a ticket to get some gems back, but its certainly possible to have incredibly bad luck and spend 100 gems and still not get the track. Its all a matter of luck, and its not like the game had a bug. If you give up, the track will come back later and you can get another chance. RL designed it this way on purpose (and they do want you to spend gems)

Really? You haven't gotten any tracks on the loot wheel yet? There are several that can only be obtained this way!

I must be trippin' out and forgotten then coz I've only got the last 6 or 7 Chip Store Tracks to buy now as I've won and earned all the others, Don't know why I can't remember getting any from the Loot Wheel.....I have slept since then though !! Lmao
