I was playing and I randomly unlocked fang wall. I was on the map then I scrolled over to the bottom right of the map and when I scrolled back fang wall was unlocked but the levels in between hadn't been unlocked yet. I had no tier 3 bikes.

Can u see the leaderboard of the track?
If u can see the leaderboard of the track try to race a ghost.
