Bah downloaded 32 gb patch. Hell yeah! By the way is that more gb than on a game disc? Anyways everything is fixed now. But the graphics even on high seem to be stripped down after patching. No more snow falling on my screen.
Also the worst part after patching is the new save game before my patch was deleted, the online account downloaded my first save game which was 100%. So I had to restart the game.
Hopefully ubisoft will involve a skip key for scenes in their next game. As I am playing this game 5th time, its kinda boring to see them now.
Anyways thank you guys for your assistance.

Don't bet on finishing the game. I have playing fc4 on windows 10 since June because it would never work for me under win 7 pro. I kept getting the black screen. I am over 63% complete and now it won't work. After it loads to the main menu game crashes with the following error: error:File system failure:Aborting execution. "C:Users\xxxx\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 4\6824c6c7-bb1e-4a3c-bb3d-8129bb629e1f\OfflineServiceData.bin. This started late July. After several attempts by tech support to correct this problem they now tell me the game doesn't support win 10 and I should use a compatible os. The reason I had to go to Windows 10 was because they never could get it to work under windows 7 pro I kept getting the black screen or missing scenes every time I turned my xbox 360 controller on. They claim the reason that it's not compatible is because windows 10 is constantly upgrading itself and it's drivers. I am using an Amd video card. They said to play the game in compatibility mode even after we tried with no success to play in win 7 or 8 compatible mode. I feel like a have wasted my money on this game and ubisoft will not make any attempts to fix the problems.

did a clean install of WIN 10 Pro last night (bought 2 new SSD drives)

Far Cry 4 is working pretty much the same as it did in win 7 for me ..( just loads faster on SSD ) just had to find the right Nvidia driver to work with WIN 10 that does not give me blurry text on my desktop , used the Windows 8.1 64 bit drivers version 347.52 ..same version i used on my WIN 7 install

    New Solution

The comments are a bit older. But I really want to write where. The graphics card or the driver is not to blame if Far Cry 4 does not start. It is up to Shadow Play by the Experience program. The phenomenon I have observed already in Mad Max in a similar manner. There was Dxtory. I hope I was able to help one or the other.

yes the latest Nvidia driver 361.75 has a bug in Geforce Experience related to shadow play it will cause FarCry 4 and a few other games to crash on launch
    see my posts here http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...lems-Read-Here

Nvidia is aware of the problem and has reproduced it ..no word yet on when they will release an updated driver to fix the Problem . only that they have filed a bug report on the current drivers

the 361.75 driver will work fine as long as you do a clean install and do not install Geforce Experience
