I'm having trouble since i've obtained the IM event's track Rock Off.
When i was asked which progress i would like to keep between the local and the one on the server, i kept the progress on the server, as we were demanded to do in order to obtained the track, but I've lost a lot of other tracks.
All winter tracks disappeared, and a few of the ones obtained thanks to the slot machine too. I've got them back by deleting and reinstalling the game but all my scores for these tracks didn't came back, and the tracks appear now like new tracks (while i had platinum for 100% of my tracks…).
Nevertheless, i kept my general rank 1865, so my scores for these lost tracks are still on the server… I thought. But i tried to run one of these track, and the game said it was my new record, as if i ran it for the first time (it wasn't!).
Does anyone encounter a similar problem? It represents a lot of time spent on such an awesome game (i think of the number of tries to obtain the platinum in Permafrost Clim, for example). I hope it will be solved quickly.
Please, help me. I'm despered…

So you are NOT missing any tracks any more, correct? If you are missing some, please list a couple of them....All winter tracks disappeared, and a few of the ones obtained thanks to the slot machine too. I've got them back by deleting and reinstalling the game
What does it think your ANBA position is? And your slot machine rank? Do you still have your season rank? Are you missing any costumes? Missing gems/coins/tickets?
Just trying to determine how bad off you are.
Sounds like you have lost your "local" personal-best times somehow, but all your old ranked positions/times are still there when you look at the leaderboard, right? When you ran that track for the first time again, you didnt beat your ranked time on the Leaderboard, did you? So it says your personal best time is a number much worse than what the leaderboard says for you on that track, right?

As I said, apparently, all my tracks are now on the map, but all my ranks disappeared. I didn't list them because my game is in French, it wouldn't be wise to post it on an English forum.
My ANBA is still at the same position (finished the main story, now I just have 6 rounds every time), and my slot machine is still rank 18, for Rogue Nation, I'm still in the top 2 % too, I don't miss any costumes nor gems/coins/tickets... I "just" lost a lot of ranks. I haven't hit rock bottom, but it's very annoying.
When I select a winter's race (one of the ones that appear new, now), there's the yellow-with-a-black-star pin, but on the right of the screen, on the leaderboard, there's a rank for my profile Uplay, in the top 5% for each race. Nevertheless, if I finish a race in ten minutes with 50 crashed, the game tells me i've beat my leaderboard rank.
I haven't really tried to finish again these "new" races because i'm scared that it could erase my old ranks. I just tried with one, and, when I saw the "New record" sign, i panicked and deleted the game (again!), hoping that it had not saved my bad score.
But when I reinstalled it.. Nothing changed.
