    Phantom

    I have about 4-5 blueprints left for the Phantom bike but the guy who gives them disappeared from the saloon. Can anyone tell me how can I bring him back and finish building the Phantom?

    For me he disappeared and reappeared after completing other quests.

    I did it. He came back but he only gave me daily prospectus missions. He disppeared again.
