    Unfortunately I'm in the same situation. The in game pop up message didn't show up until after I loaded the game from the device as recommended. What a mess. I even reinstalled the game and still no track.

    On a positive note, I haven't had working audio while running tracks for six months or so. The re installation resolved this issue.

    I have read in some facebook group that they will continue to push the sync for the next few days so the ones that missed out will get the option to sync again

    What did you mean by submitted your ticket?

    I was wondering why I got that sync issue message twice. Not once did the informational message come up both those times until I closed the game manually.

    UPDATE: This morning I had the option to install from the server and the track loaded instantly. Hopefully everybody who earned the track will have it soon.

    EDIT TO ADD: In case anyone was wondering I didn't submit a support ticket like DylanDeMorte.

    I got the track today as well. It may be awhile before everyone gets the track though, they still have many thousands of people left to get it:

    Number of IOS people awarded previous track (Forgotten factory): 28K
    Number of IOS people who have the Rocks-Off track so far: 3.8K

    I did the same thing. I was able to get it by deleting the Trials Frontier app from my phone and then reinstalling it. After the first couple of tutorial tracks, I logged into Uplay and I had the map. Hope that helps.
