No longer in Agent contest? | Forums

I hop back and forth between iphone/ipad.. and yesterday I also played my first showdown of the season. About an hour after I played my first showdown, I noticed that I am no longer able to see the Agent contest leaderboard info AT ALL. If I cant get this resolved, I really doubt I will be getting the next track at end of contest in a few days even though I easily qualify

I have the Agent Bike up to 7/7/7/7 now, and am still getting Agent missions (see timer) but note that I dont have the link to the contest on this pull-down:

And I can run the Agent Bike and have overall standings (will be in top 0.5% easy, even with no participation), but the agent contest tab/icon is not present on pull-tab in lower-left?:

I have even tried changing time backwards on my device to try and get back into the contest; it didnt help

Does anybody else have this problem?

Sorry to hear that mate but have you tried clearing the games cache to see if that solves the problem ??

Failing that you can also try uninstalling / reinstalling the whole game as that has solved many weird problems like this in the past !!

Its IOS so there really isnt a cache to clear per se, but I do often kill the app completely. I also swap back and forth between Iphone and ipad all the time and the issue is present on both devices, so whatever info causes this is a part of what is saved on the server (which is a strong indication that a reinstall wont fix it). But there is no harm in a reinstall either; will try that eventually.

I just looked and see you at rank 124 in the contest so you aren't totally gone.

Sorry mate, I didn't realise you're on iOS, in which case I don't know what else to suggest as I've always had Android !!

Only other things you could try is sending in a Support Ticket to RedLynx and hope they reply !!

As soon as the timer onthe current contest ended, I got the contest icons and screens back again.

But like many IOS players, I did not get the reward track for the contest.
