RL cant adequately support the platforms they already have. (but its quite humorous to see Windows trying desperately to become mobile-relevant once more.....)

Seriously, all W10 did was provide API replacements for common interfaces; there is a fairly strong indication from past support issues that RL has custom/unique code inside it that would not be helped by that (IOS and Android are clearly not built from a central code base since bugs fixed in one can take AGES to migrate into the other platform). Plenty of dev tools out there supported Android/IOS/Windows already, and yet RL never tried Windows before so... probably not as easy as you are hoping.
