Hi Gigidy, there are multiple different reasons why this could be happening. But here's some troubleshooting to try and fix it.
1) Run Uplay as an administrator.
2) Try flushing your DNS and resetting your Windows hosts file.
3) Make sure there aren't any applications running in the background.
