How can I unlock now the last icy tracks which ones I couldn't while the frostocalypse season because of not owning the full arctic explorer outfit?
Is there a way?

I still dont have the full outfit (missing the head). If I buy the head for 150 will it unlock the tracks?

You should be able to get them via the Loot Wheel.. It's probably the best you buy the head, because you need the full outfit to ride these tracks.

And do consider the loot wheel is bugged so even though you might see the map as a prize there, you might never get it... that's how the wheel is "behaving"...
