My wife and I play Trials on our seperate users on the Xbox one.

Mine is synchronising fine (all be it slower than usual) but hers is refusing to synch. It sits there on the synching sceen for a while, eventually gets some percentage going on the bar, but then says "failed to syncronise" and it has to be cancelled.

I then allows her to go in and play multiplayer online fine , her bikes and characters seem to be there too. so was wondering what is going on? anyone any idea on how to stop this happening, the syn used to be pretty instant.

It looks like a platform issue, did you try to contact Xbox Support?
