There's a pretty good chance you aren't able to recover your game from the server because the servers are completely borked right now. I would imagine once they're back up and running, you'll be able to recover via UPlay. I've had to a few times before, and it's always ended up working out ok - granted it's a bit of a pain in the *** having to play through the first few missions...

I'll wait until you guys say the game is back up and running before I do anything. Hopefully I don't lose my progress.

Once it is back for iOS, do 3 (THREE) missions and then pull your account from uplay...

afaik, there's no need to uninstall. I trust the process is the very same as on Android (me = being an Android phone user).

Same thing happened to me now.. Did the first three missions, connected to UPlay, chose to download progress from server, everything gone.

EDIT: It works again.

Hehe, nice :] I got the same (lost all progres) just an hour ago.
But... when I finished first levels and logged into my account - Surprise!!!
New season for collecting horseshoes appeared! Sun God or whatever offered new missions
But didn't catch screenshot since game reset to normal state at once.
