Xbox 360 to Xbox One Transfer – Public Test | Forums

In an effort to gauge both the interest and stability of transferring AirMech Arena items from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, we have recently implemented the ability for players to request to transition to the new console. Please Note: This transfer does not include player progress. Kudos, Diamonds and inventory items will be included, as well as DLC packages. For more information on the process and what will be transferred, please refer to our Item Transfer FAQ

To partake in the test, players will need to submit a ticket through the Ubisoft Support Site, and follow these instructions:

1. Go to Support.Ubi.com
2. Log In to Uplay
3. Click “My Questions”, located on the top left.
4. Click the “Ask a Question”, located on the top.
5. Select the Following
   
   • Platform: Xbox 360
   • Game: AirMech Arena
   • Category: General/Feedback
   • Subject: Item Transfer

If you have completed the process correctly, you will receive the following message from Ubisoft Support via Email/Uplay Support Ticket History:

Thank you for your request to have your items transferred from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One. Please reference our support site for additional information and watch @AirMechArena on Twitter or www.facebook.com/AirMechArena for updates in the future.

Once again, thank you for signing up to have your items transferred! We will have additional information on the process and expected start date on Faceboo and Twitterin the near future. In the meantime, if you have any questions please check out our Item Transfer FAQ, or reply to this thread.

I tried the item transfer 3 times over the Since it became available and nothing has happened they don't want to do transfers cause they are greed sobs that want to milk us for money well they can screw them selves I am not playing till they transferred the items I paid for on my Xbox 360.
