New acorn tournament, only 150 acorns for top 5% ? | Forums

(I don't know where to post this so i'll just drop it here)

Hey

There must be something wrong with the prizes of the new tournament... Shouldn't they scale on the difficulty ?

The previous tournament had 4 tracks, and if I recall correctly there was 1 easy track, 2 medium tracks & 1 hard track. Top 5% got 300 acorns.
This one has 3 medium tracks and 2 hard tracks, yet the prizes are lower ? Top 5% only gets 150 acorns for a harder tournament ?

It's pretty simple really. The less Acorns given out, the more likely they'll assume you'll cough up the dollar to buy them.

Yea, seriously? There's actually no point in competing for me now once I get a basic 0 fault run. Hell even if I were good enough for top 5%, wouldn't be worth the time.

edit: And if you're going to include terrible custom tracks with curved driving lines, at least put them first

That custom map is terrible, i keep faulting on that crappy drive line... The rewards should not be lower just so they can get people to pay for stuff....
