im writing this post maybe some of the mods or devs from ubi still alive to read it the community managers for this form (Iker_Ubisoft, Ubi-Barbalatu) is failing badly to do their jobs of updating or replying to the players who have problems or even bother reading any of the threads. since 2 weeks we dont receive more than 10 gifts in the morning on ios and all the day the gift box is EMPTY i tried this live with my friends to send gifts to each others at certain time of the day and we get NOTHING. please tell us whats wrong or tell us you are doing it on purpose this update didnt fix any of the problems we had

Although I have to agree the community managers are not doing their job well, I don't think we need new ones. Why? Because RedLynx is not giving enough attention this game anymore. Look at the leadersboards for example, or the game performance. Or like you said, the gift box. We don't need new community managers, we just need better communication with the people.

i stopped playing the showdowns and its been 2 weeks cause there is no gifts not enough to sustain high level playing or even ping ponging -_- ok they dont care but some one tell us that for lord sake

Case in point; the Gift Box. Mine still works. . .but it's not giving me very much anymore. Is that because it's a bug, or is it because RL nerfed it and this is just the way it is now? If it's nerfed just say so, but don't leave me in the dark not knowing.

I don't want to hear only good news, or just have somebody hold my hand and comfort me that my issues have been sent to The Black Hole Of Development to be worked on when they get around to it. I want the Truth, and frequent status updates on the really visible issues. That's what community managers should do, IMO.

yes i agree "don't leave me in the dark not knowing" you see man my gift box is working perfectly just like yours it loads but its EMPTY ALWAYS expect 2 hours in the morning i get about 10 gifts i didnt get any gift from you for example since 2 weeks which is impossible i know you are frequent and i tried with other players tooo its the same thing

well yeah this topic is in general about communication telling us whats happening and responding to us and trying to solve the problems like leaderboards and the giftbox

I feel like every topic nowadays turns into a Giftbox/Leaderboard discussion, and while I want them to be fixed, I agree we should stay on topic.

As for new mods, I don't think it's necessary. New people will just take longer to get up to speed. We just need more interaction. And I am sure the current mods read everything, they just don't seem to get involved enough.

i dont see thats the current mods has any speed at all but i hope you are right about that they are reading our threads but without interaction so whats the point of the fourms !!

Yes, I agree.
We need 1 good community manager - doesn't matter old or new. Someone that can tell us what's happening and has a live communication channel with UBI and RL.

As i know from other games: when a game is dying or it doesn't have enough traffic as the developers want; they just leave it alive with minimum updates as long as there are people purchasing offers and paying some cash. Maybe RL thinks this game already reached this phase.
This happens a lot with games that have multiple servers like Castle Clash, IGG studio and so on.

Mission Impossible event is across all Trails games right? I guess they are getting better attention too! Else they are not doing a very good job promoting the movie :P
