    Our concern does not mainly focus on the Syndicate ghosts. We want a working gift box and accurate leaderboards. We also want better communication from the community managers, and not just the: "thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you have problems and have forwarded this to the dev team". The performance issues have gone from O.K. to horrible. If you race the Syndicate ghosts, and there is fire or any other moving object in the track, your game slows down. When you have passed it, the game speeds up three times the normal speed. Mildly annoying!

    Events like this are only a way to grab cash and screwing your customers over. Like is said, please fix the other KNOWN problems in this game before you start a new cash-grabbing event.

    Game works great for me, sorry you have troubles, maybe it's your device. Whining doesn't do any good at all, you should be thankful you get a response from a developer.

    What's also annoying is when I have to do a mission on a track and there's agents on it you have to do that first, making you waste fuel for something you don't even want to do...

    This is not whining at all. It is ranting. If this is whining, then the other guys who are commenting on this thread are whining as well..

    That's the thing.. We RARELY get responses from devs. If you are looking around this forum, you can see that the communication between devs / community managers and consumers is very poor.

    I don't see a problem with the agents being hard. That's actually good, it feels like an accomplishment to do it. It's a great idea that you have individual difficulty on them so it might be a challenge for the really good players. My main issue with the agents is that I have to run an awfully crappy bike doing it. You could just as well have used the same system and let us use the ordinary bikes. That would imho make the event fun instead of horribly frustrating. It would probably be less frustrating if it was slightly easier, but it would still be riding an awfully crappy bike.

    My concern about the leaderboards aren't really the accuracy, that's just embarrassing for you that you can't fix such a simple thing, but it's fixable yet the same. I'm a lot more concerned about diluting the leaderboards by adding one for every new bike. We risk ending up something like the boxing belts. There are so many of them so none of them is worth a thing.

    a bit of a strange comment?? So about 95% of the players has a bad device?? It's no whining, there are a lot of players who want an answer/solution. Great for you your game works, don't react selfish to people who has those problems

    Thank you for the response, and it does seem a lot better now (as far as the ghost difficulty), but to be honest, out of the concerns I and others have listed, that one is probably the least important. The leaderboards need to have some form of integrity, and the gift box is still broken for most people (not me though..). Game speed issues suck but I do realize they could have to do with the device being used as well, still, an option to turn off moving sprites like fire and spinning saws would probably be easy to implement, and would work wonders for a lot of us.

    No one here is whining, we are expressing our discontent with the current status of the game. If no one does it, the devs won't ever know what we want. If devs work hand in hand with the players, they could easily improve the game as we are the best test subjects out there. Most people who post here really really care about the game and are dedicated to it, so their input is valuable. Believe me, I'm the captain of the "let's not act like children towards the devs" team. This thread was meant as a place where we can compile all the problems we are having, namely the important ones. The more we repeat ourselves, the more likely something will happen.

    And you are right, maybe it is our devices (for game speed), but your game does not "work great" if you are talking about the leaderboards and gift box. I can tell you that without ever seeing your device. It's a server side issue.
