[Must Read] Bug Reporting
Greetings everyone,
Just a quick post to let all of you know that although we usually respond to bug report threads with a perfunctory "logged", we do actually relay every reported bug to our testers.
We'll always do our best to keep everyone posted and we'll come back to you as often as needed, and update you whenever possible, so keep the reports coming.
When you report a bug, please give us as much info as possible, the template below being a good starting point:
• Seriousness: low/medium/high
• Description: what the bug actually is, hero used, hero/castle level. etc.
• Type of bug: audio/video/UI/AI etc.
• Steps to replicating bug: be as specific as you can.
• Attachments: screenshots are always nice.
