Runs Keep Being Deleted | Forums

A little while back, I asked to have a run of mine removed from the Turbine Terror leaderboards. The time was removed, and was grateful.

However, after getting a new time on the track in order to resecure my place on the overall leaderboards, shortly after, THAT run was removed as well.

At the time I just considered it to be a weird fluke, and once again got another run.

However, my runs have gotten deleted a couple more times, and I don't know why.

If I somehow communicated that I wanted all my scores on Turbine Terror ongoing to be deleted upon their arrival on the leaderboard, I am very sorry for the miscommunication.

I really want this to stop happening, and would love to hear from one of the RedLynx guys about why this might be occuring.

Hi Oso,

That's weird because we have removed them only once.

Could you please tell us the exact date/time next time it happens that we can verify the server logs please?

I removed your score and only once by your request.
Right now i see that you have "Turbine Terror - 44027" , let me know if the score is not correct one or if you will find it removed again.
